2. If you already have an account, please log in here
3. If you do not have an account yet, please register here

When you are logged in, you will find your personal dashboard.
On the left you see a menu with the following options:

• Online ordering
• Order history & reorder
• Leaflets and other information

Below you can find more explanation about the options above.

When you are in online ordering you can:

• Request an Artuvetrin® Serum Test 
• Order Artuvetrin® Therapy
• Order Artuvetrin® Skin Test
• Order Sublingual immunotherapy

If it is a repeat order:
Click on order history & reorder in the menu on the left. Here you will find an overview of your previous online orders which can be reordered with only one click. Please check whether the selected allergens are correct.

Request an Artuvetrin® Serum Test
In your personal dashboard you can request a screening, detailed allergy panel or food reactivity test.

1. Click on online ordering in the menu on the left
2. Click the order button next to Artuvetrin® Serum Test
3. Complete the request form online
4. Print the request form
5. Put the request form together with a minimum of 1.8 ml of serum in an Artuvet envelope
6. Use a safety bag or other material to protect the serum tube against damage and leaking
7. Send your serum test request to the address on the request form

Order Artuvetrin® Therapy, Artuvetrin® Skin Test and Sublingual immunotherapy
After you have clicked the order button next to Artuvetrin® Therapy, Artuvetrin® Skin Test or Sublingual Immunotherapy complete all the fields and select all the allergens. Once completed, check the details and complete the order. Your order will now be sent to Artuvet and you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed.

History and reorder
Here you can see your order history. You can search by animal name or owner name. Reorders can be easily done by clicking the order again button. Please check whether the selected allergens are correct.

Leaflets and other information
All our brochures and forms can be downloaded and printed here.
Hard copies can be ordered when placing a test or treatment order.
